We partnered with Foster & Foster in March 2018 and since this date, I have been ecstatic with the services they have provided us. We had previously had our plan administrative services being performed by the city and to say that these services were subpar would be an understatement. We were also having our actuarial services handled by another entity and this company was also lack luster, so we upgraded to having the Foster & Foster team handle these services based on the outstanding job they were already performing as our administrator. It was an easy choice to add them as our actuary after speaking with Brad and Sara. Both transitions were seamless and I saw an immediate upgrade in accuracy as well as timeliness. We recently had an issue with our attorney services and F&F not only put together an RFP quickly but the team presented the board members with an executive brief of each of the applicants that was extremely easy to use and it made the ultimate choice of the board a simple process. I cannot say enough about the high level of service F&F provides me and the rest of the board. I could not be happier with our plan administrative services as well as our actuarial services and I would highly recommend them to any plan in need of their expertise.
