DOL Cybersecurity Alignment
Cybersecurity is an increasingly important component of plan governance. Offered with FoxPointe Solutions, an independent cybersecurity firm, Foster & Foster's Cybersecurity Support Program (CSP) helps plan fiduciaries gain insight into the cybersecurity practices of the service providers supporting their plans.
As part of the CSP, service providers complete a focused self-assessment aligned with the Department of Labor's cybersecurity best practices. FoxPointe independently reviews the responses and prepares an executive summary for plan fiduciaries that includes any applicable recommendations specific to each service provider. This information supports informed oversight and decision-making.
