Foster & Foster’s Cybersecurity Support Program helps plan sponsors assess the cybersecurity practices of service providers supporting their benefit plans. Built on superior client service, high-quality analysis, and cost-effective delivery, the program offers a streamlined approach to evaluating service providers’ alignment with the Department of Labor’s cybersecurity best practices.

Foster & Foster partners with plan sponsors to coordinate a focused review of their identified service providers, typically those with access to plan or participant assets and data. The core of the program involves a concise cybersecurity self-assessment, completed by each service provider through a secure online portal offered by FoxPointe Solutions, an independent cybersecurity expert. Featuring fewer than 30 targeted questions, the annual assessment minimizes administrative burden while delivering meaningful insight into each provider’s cybersecurity practices. Responses are reviewed by FoxPointe Solutions for compliance with the DOL cybersecurity best practices.

Plan sponsors receive an executive-level summary highlighting key findings and any identified recommendations for each service provider. To further support our clients, the Foster & Foster and FoxPointe Solutions teams are available to walk through the results in a virtual meeting and address questions.
